In 2005 Sean injured his back whilst coaching tennis. Following a session of EFT- over the phone -incredibly the muscle spasms in his back healed and he was back playing within a couple of days. Inspired by this Sean trained and qualified as an EFT practitioner.
Sean began using EFT to help clients struggling with physical pain and phobias but found this simple relaxation technique had an extraordinary effect when dealing with negative thinking.
Subsequently, Sean started working with golfers, musicians, singers, athletes, tennis players and students taking exams struggling with performance stress. His consistent positive results were, and continue to be remarkable. He was invited to work with contestants of ITV’s Dancing on Ice and his work has been featured in the Good Housekeeping magazine.
He has been featured in The Stage, the Musicians Union magazine and Wales’s national newspaper the Western Mail, helping golfers with demons in their game. He was the first performance coach to be invited onto Real Radio‘s sports hour fielding calls on the importance of mental toughness in sport.
Sean is currently working as the resident EFT Practitioner at Breast Cancer Haven,Wessex helping people to deal with the emotional fallout of having cancer.
